| When you send a YouGotBeer.com e-card, your name and e-mail address as well as the recipient's name and e-mail address are collected in order to send the card. As the recipient of a YouGotBeer.com e-card when you pick up your e-card, you may be given the option of selecting a bar/restaurant in order to receive complimentary a gift card for that restaurant. In this scenario, you will be asked to provide a valid mailing address. This information is stored so the gift card can be mailed to you and so you do not have to re-enter the information when you receive subsequent e-cards via YouGotBeer.com. Occasionally, we may send you information about the products and services of YouGotBeer.com or the products and services of the bars/restaurants listed on YouGotBeer.com. Any e-mail communication will have a link that allows you to unsubscribe from further communications. You can also unsubscribe from these communications and/or have your personal information removed from our database by sending an e-mail to customerservice@yougotbeer.com containing your name, address, e-mail address and a phone number in case we need to contact you. Please note that if the government requires our customer information, we are legally obligated to release it. All payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not collect, store or have access to any credit card or financial information. With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as e-card data, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.
