| How do I buy someone a beer? |
| Buying someone a beer at YouGotBeer.com is easy. Just click the 'BUY BEER' link from the menu bar and fill in the requested information. Click the 'Save to Cart' button and you will be directed to the shopping cart page. Once you have verified the data you entered, you can either proceed to PayPal to complete the transaction or send a beer to another person. |

| What do beer recipients get? |
| Each beer recipient receives a gift card or a gift certificate that can be used to purchase a beer. The gift cards are the standard gift cards issued by the selected bar/restaurant. The gift certificates are issued by YouGotBeer.com and will be accepted at the selected bar/restaurant. Our goal is for each gift card or gift certificate to cover the cost of a beer but prices will vary by brand and bar/restaurant. If the beer costs more than the maximum value of the gift card or gift certificate, the recipient will be responsible for the difference. |

| How do I pick-up my beer? |
| Congratulations on being the recipient of a YouGotBeer.com beer! You'll be enjoying a cold beer before you know it. Pick-up your beer by clicking the link in the e-mail you received to notify you that you have a beer waiting for you at YouGotBeer.com or by entering the beer id on the PICK-UP BEER page. After viewing the personal message from the sender of the beer, enter a zip code to find locations near you. Select a location and then enter the address where you'd like us to send your gift card(s)/gift certificate(s). |

| How do I redeem my beer at the bar/restaurant? |
| Simple. Visit the bar/restaurant, order a beer and pay with the gift card or gift certificate we sent you. If the cost of the beer exceeds the maximum value of gift card or gift certificate, you will be responsible for the difference. |

| How long will it take to get my gift card(s)/gift certificate(s)? |
| We will send your gift card(s) or gift certificate(s) USPS First Class Mail the next business day upon receiving your mailing address. Per the USPS website, estimated delivery time for First Class Mail is 1 to 3 days. |

| Do I have to purchase a beer with my gift card(s)/gift certificate(s)? |
| Typically, no. It is likely that the bar/restaurant will accept the gift card/gift certificate as payment for any item. With that said, we would recommend that you use your gift card/gift certificate for a cold beer since that is what the sender intended for you to do. |
